Don’t you sometimes wish you were that cool radio-host guy on Northern Exposure who got to sit down every day and greet his small town with chill poetry and reflections? Today, it sounds like just the way to greet Monday.

Except I'm having trouble deciding on the right poem!

I would ask for good vibes to be sent to one of my two patio tomato plants: it was flooded in its container during the last line of storms and has gone all wilty. It WAS doing so well, and frankly. . . I was more excited about this lovely heirloom plant than the one that is now doing so well. Isn’t that how it goes?

Managed to run this morning, EVEN THOUGH it was Monday! Hooray!
