Man, I try to eat well. I force myself to eat breakfast even! But of course my diet always ends up being, like, 60% caffienated beverages and typically no servings of vegetables or fruits a day, since I forget they're in my fridge and go bad before I remember them. I didn't really think about it until I was on a message board talking about hormonal moodiness and tiredness and such, and lots of ladies piped in with TAKE VITAMINS.
So I gave it a go. This week I've been taking a multivitamin, magnesium and zinc, and B complex. I've gotta say, I do feel better. More clear-headed, and not continually passing out when I get home. It's a short trial run and it could just be a placebo effect, but I kinda don't care. I feel better, although we'll see how it helps mood swings . . .
